PRIVACY POLICY FOR MOBILE APPLICATION “Block Strike”
This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application “Block Strike” (the “Application”) for Android devices. The Application is published and operated by Biolante sp. z o.o. (the “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
The Application is a tile-based puzzle game. The Application does not require user registration and does not require you to directly provide personal data such as names, email addresses, or contact details.
This Privacy Policy explains what data may be processed by the Application itself and by third-party services integrated into the Application, including advertising, analytics, and platform services.
1. Information Collected by the Application
1.1 User-Provided Information
The Application does not require users to create an account or submit personal information.
The only user-related data handled directly by the Application consists of:
- Game progress
- Game settings and preferences
This data is stored locally on your device only within the Application’s private storage area and is not transmitted to Biolante sp. z o.o. or to any external servers.
1.2 Automatically Collected Information
The Application itself does not directly collect personal details such as your name or contact information. However, when third-party services are enabled within the Application, certain information may be collected automatically by those services as described below.
The Application does not collect precise or approximate real-time location data.
2. Third-Party Services
The Application integrates third-party services that may process certain data automatically as part of their operation. Data processed by these services is governed by their own privacy policies and terms.
2.1 Google AdMob (Advertising)
The Application displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob.
Google AdMob may collect and process data such as:
- Device information (e.g. device model, operating system version)
- Advertising identifiers (such as the Google Advertising ID)
- IP address (used for approximate location, security, and fraud prevention)
- Ad interaction data (e.g. impressions, clicks)
The Application uses Google’s consent solution (e.g. UMP) to request consent where required by law. Personalized ads are shown only where you have provided the required consent.
You can manage advertising preferences via your device settings and Google account controls.
2.2 Google Play Games Services
The Application integrates Google Play Games Services to provide:
- Achievements
- Leaderboards
Google Play Games Services may process:
- Player identifiers and game service data
- Achievement and leaderboard progress
- Basic device or account information required to operate the service
2.3 Firebase Analytics
The Application uses Firebase Analytics to better understand how players interact with the game and to improve gameplay, balance, and stability.
Firebase Analytics may collect:
- App usage information (e.g. screens viewed, gameplay events)
- Device information (e.g. device model, OS version, language)
- Approximate location (country/region level, derived from IP)
- Diagnostics and performance data
Analytics data is used only in aggregated form and is not used to personally identify users.
2.4 Google Play Store & Platform Services
The Application is distributed via the Google Play Store. Google may collect data related to:
- App installation and updates
- Device compatibility
- Security, integrity, and fraud prevention
Biolante sp. z o.o. does not receive personally identifiable information collected by Google unless you choose to contact us directly.
3. Legal Basis for Processing (EEA / GDPR)
- Personalized advertising data is processed based on your consent, where required.
- Analytics data may be processed based on consent or legitimate interest to improve the Application.
- Platform-related processing may be based on contractual necessity or legitimate interests of the service provider.
4. Data Sharing
- Biolante sp. z o.o. does not sell, rent, or trade personal data.
- Game progress and settings remain on your device.
- Third-party services process data only to provide ads, analytics, and platform functionality.
5. Data Retention
Local game data remains on your device until removed by you. Third-party services retain data according to their own retention policies.

- Uninstall the Application
6. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect data processed by the Application. No system can guarantee absolute security.
7. Children’s Privacy
The Application is not directed to children under the age of 13 and is configured accordingly in the store.
8. Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of any changes.
9. Data Deletion Requests
You may request deletion of data associated with your use of the Application at any time.
How to request deletion:
- Open the Application and go to Settings → PRIVACY POLICY → GET MY ID to display your Analytics ID.
- Send an email to privacy@biolante.pl with the subject “Block Strike – Data Deletion Request”.
- In the email, include your Analytics ID (from “GET MY ID”) and any optional details that may help us process your request.
